- Work closely with the internal stakeholders to identify initiatives to improve the efficiency/reduce costs incurred by projects
- Assist the program manager in collaborating with the communications & increase the engagement levels of external stakeholders
- Assist in Developing/setting the methodology, tools and templates for the successful execution of The Academy’s products, and provide the required support and guidance to the users
- Conduct timely audits to ensure the Academy’s program development and milestones are on target
- Ensure effective governance over PM methodology and PM processes
- Identify and analyze areas of improvement and recommend to direct manager
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure project is kept to expected time frame
- Work closely with potential clients and external stakeholders
