                                                          Assistant Program Manager – Arab Digital School


The Position Requirements
  • Contribute to the development of the Arab Digital School’s goals and objectives
  • Contribute to the development of programs budgets and the preparation of reports (periodic/annual) to highlight the program utilization of assigned budgets pertaining to Program 2
  • Assist in engaging with the key internal and external stakeholders to raise awareness on the Arab digital school
  • Work closely with the internal stakeholders to identify initiatives to improve the efficiency/reduce costs incurred by the program
  • Assist the program manager in collaborating with the communications & increase the engagement levels of external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the program manager in approaching potential clients to build interest and partnership that will help in the sustainability and growth of the Arabi digital school
  • Assist in Developing/setting the methodology, tools and templates for the successful execution of ADS, and provide the required support and guidance to the users
  • Conduct timely audits to ensure ADS program development and milestones are on target
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure project is kept to expected time frame
  • Work closely with potential clients and external stakeholders
  • Minimum of 7 years experience within the corporate environment, preferably in working with governmental and
  • GO
  • Minimum of 2 years project management experience
  • Graduate qualification in the fields of business or project management
